Learning, Teaching and Training Activities (LTTA) for Teachers/Staff

As an outcome of the Intellectual Output development, we have organized LTTA’s for both the involved teachers and staff during the project and the students/learners. The activities were performed as a special module alongside the existing curriculum in the pilot phase, while it is part of the curriculum as a standard offer for students with all partners at the end of the project.

Originally planned was to have the teachers/staff LTTA already in the beginning stages of the project (April 2021) but due to COVID-19 this was delayed one year and performed just before the first student-LTTA, in February 2022. The objective of this teacher-LTTA was to experience the knowledge present at each partner within the context of the module design. But due to that COVID-19 delay it became also a pilot run of the module to experience the developed content which would be offered to the students just a month later. To have the opportunity to participate in multiple LTTA’s for the teams with smaller staff pools (i.e. ESAB en CEES) we held the LTTA for two consecutive weeks. Three LTTA’s were in week 6 of 2022 (in Finland, Spain and The Netherlands) and two in week 7 of 2022 (in Germany and The Netherlands).
