Module Carousel in
Vocational Sports Education
What is the project Idea?
Transnational curriculum development
Four vocational colleges in secondary vocational sports education, based in The Netherlands, Finland, Spain and Germany created a concept for a transnational curriculum which allows students to enhance their professional Knowledge and Skills with a very specific subject through international exchange.
What is it about?
The Module Carousel
For this purpose, a carousel with modules was developed. Each module has explicit characteristics of the college performing the module. As such are the Knowledge and Skills not available within the other colleges. The module carousel in vocational sports education provided secondary vocational students in sports a better entry to the European realm in sports and/or higher education in sports through the acquired specific additional education.
